Wasn't going to post a review but after now two bad experiences I thought I should. The other week I went on a Sunday, there were lots of staff working and was very abruptly told they were closed. It was still 20mins before their closing time. Then yesterday I asked for chia omega 3 bread and high fibre low GI, to come home and find some brown bread and high fibre low GI. Not happy with the service.

Today was my first time purchasing at Baker’s Delight Epping.I ordered a few things which made it hard for me to carry everything by hand. When I asked for a bag the salesperson Victoria said I needed to purchase a tote for $5.I asked if I can just have a brown paper bag and was even happy to pay extra for it but Victoria replied in a very rude tone - ‘No because we haven’t ordered extra yet’ even though they had atleast 20bags left.The store would rather have disappointing customer service and make a customer struggle instead of providing a paper bag worth 1cent - that I was happy to pay 50cents for.Just based on the lack of basic customer service and manners I won’t be coming back to this store again. It’s a shame because I would have been a repeat customer.

Fresh baked goods and breads, staff usually nice. Not the biggest store but has all the usual bakers delight stuff. Cape seed loaf is a must try. Hot Cross buns aren't what they used to be from there.

On Wednesday 12th April 2023 I went to Bakers Delight Epping with my partner and met Vanessa. She was very helpful talking to me about activating the loyalty card and helpful with instructions. We bought a ham and cheese danish, Chocolate hot cross bun and an apple and cinnamon one as well. As we used the loyalty card she also offered me a free loaf of bread - Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf as I was a member for free. We appreciate her good customer service too. Well done :) Good job. Thank you.

I live a couple suburbs away, but still prefer this bakers delight. I don't know if the Bundoora and Mill Park stores are intentionally reducing ingredients, but the Epping stores bread is just better.

Awesome bread and varieties and great staff

Such a positive experience from ordering online for a large event and being able to collect first thing in the morning, also having to postpone once due to covid. Bakers delight Epping were fantastic to deal with. Will definitely be using again!

The owner offered me the opportunity to try the new and improved Cape Seed Loaf. I am diabetic and usually eat the Hi Fibre Low GI bread. The Cape Seed Loaf was excellent with keeping my blood glucose readings low. He did suggest that the grains may have an embarrassing side effect over time. Fortunately this did not happen. I will be alternating the Cape Seed Loaf with the Hi Fibre Low G I loaves. This was great customer service.
