Horrible service all roundWalked in and the lady told me they won’t be accepting Groupon pre paid specials (even tho it is still available on Groupon)Then they staff were sitting around on their phones and did not move stuff out of the way so I could be seatedWhen I was getting my manicure and pedicure the staff were chatting to each other in their language not even caring I was there until a nicer staff memeber started work and they stopped and were helping out another customer I was still left feeling neglectedThe lady doing my pedicure did not talk to me once she would tap the foot she wanted and that was it no communication what so everVery disrespectfulI had to ask for the back massage to be turned on 3 times and they acted like they didn’t want to turn it on at allThere was no music or tvAnd I now have an infection on my nail as she has cut back to much of my skin :(Would not recommend to anyone unless you know the one nice staff memeber who was actually doing her jobCustomer service in a place like that is very importantAnd this place had 0 of it
