We came here around 11pm on a Saturday night for a quick snack and decided to dine in. We couldn't find a single clean table in the restaurant. Floor was dirty too. We've found a table and decided to move all the leftover stuff on the table to the table next to us. We ordered some nuggets and chips from the machine. Luckily the food was good. Overall experience wasn't pleasant.

It’s basically a glorified vending machine. Almost zero customer service, so you’re not going to get any value there, which makes the food comparatively expensive and low quality. No staff acknowledges you and they try to get you to order online as much as possible. It would make sense if the food was cheaper but it isn’t.

I ordered 4 meals and requested that there be zero sugar coke, making sure i asked the lady working at the window go confirm that they are zero sugar. She told me they are and ushered me towards the pickup window where they tried to give me normal coke and then denied to change it to what i ordered saying that i should’ve checked before i had paid, which i had done, twice. I also informed them that i was diabetic and they disregarded that. Manager came out and was very rude in the way he handled it, very unprofessional. Disgusting behaviour.

Always missing items from order. Front desk young lads badly require some behavioral trainings. They are rude and show no respect to customers. Recruitment should focus on well behaved young lads not just to give priority to those who are local. McDonald management need to look into this issue and provide some customer service training.

Ubering a happy meal and a coffee on Uber from 12:15pm only to be told it’ll get ready 1pm? the place is not even far from my house but seriously? had to make the Uber driver ask them as he’s waiting 45 minutes for a cheese burger happy meal and a coffee.

I went with friends and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was greeting and calming. The food was amazing cooked perfectly. I would recommend the cheeseburger or the spicy chicken nuggets. The service was great, they were fast and got all our orders out so quickly.All in all the experience today was an amazing overall experience and deserved 5 stars

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've been too. Waited 20 minutes for our food, staff was standing around. One girl was standing near the drink machine drinking instead of serving a girl who was asking for help.This was on the 29th March at 11pmI'm pretty sure my food was ready and standing there as the burger was cold.The whole time sitting there a table of men not kids but men were talking loudly and swearing .

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes to be given cold food. Witnessed manager swearing and screaming at staff because their staff members were outside talking to their friends that just came through drive thru

It was very empty restuarant when i walked in around 11:45 am saturday morning. Just ordered a soft serve cone. I could not see any other orders and staff are too busy talking . After waiting almost 10 minutes, i decided to ask someone. The person at counter does not care when i approach. I had to go toilets and they were stinking. I told one of the staff near counters and ahe does not seem to understand. I told her to tell manager how unclean they were, nothing can mov her. She is simply standing even though there is no one else at counters. Ocerall a disappointing experience at this maccas..Will avoid.
