Extensive walk. No water in the creek at this time of year, but I can imagine it's lovely in winter.

Naracoorte Creek Walk
The best part of the walk is north of the swimming lake. There is a canoe tree and other display areas. If you start from the town centre, there is a footbridge behind Naracoorte Hotel. Turn right after crossing.Once the path veered away from the creek we explored the nature park instead. Did not have the chance to complete the walk, it started raining.There are indeed lots of birds around.

Beautiful shrubby areas. Lovely homes. Very strenuous exercise. Some of us can really only do half the track !!

Nice easy mostly level walk. Something different all the time. Always some birds to see.
