Living Well Psychology & Counselling
I was recommended this place for my daughter. I had the first initial consultation to meet the phycologist before returning in 6 weeks with my daughter.The day came to go and we arrive and the receptionist said that she didn't think it was happening as the Pyscolgist was not there. She apologised and said she would find out what happened with my booking and someone would call me back. 3 weeks later and they still haven't had the decency to call or follow up, very disappointed. A phone call would have made such a difference.
