I have to disagree with many of the comments posted here for the simple reason that the end users who might be disabled or older users are confronted with inappropriate ergonomics in these headphones. I was asked to help an older (84 male) user setup his newly received Audeara headphones and Bluetooth transceiver. To say that he was befuddled by the procedure would be an understatement. Once I had set up the headphones (and I might point out that I use Sony MX4’s which have touch controls and connect directly with my Smart TV if required) I then had the task of explaining the procedure to this gentleman to use them. The only thing I might say in support of them is the prominently displayed L and R in the ear cups which helped him identify which inch way to put them on. The ‘controls’ though are completely inappropriate for an elderly user. The volume controls are too closely located and at about 2/3mm are far too small for discrimination for an elderly user. Add other issues with connection and access and you realise these are pretty unsuitable for an NDIS market.

Were it a choice thing I'd rate my A-02 Headphones an easy seven or eight out of five.When you open the box your looking at a beautiful and substantial bit of gear. The metal highlights provide true beauty and a sense of great strength. They're just lovely to hold.Pairing up is easy. There are only a few functions to learn on the very well laid out button scheme. No more weird changes while you press the wrong button.And you put them on.I went with Torn by Natalie Imbruglia to test things out.With no fussing around the 'out of the box' settings are wonderful. They create a broad stereo soundscape. The separation of instruments is no less than exquisite.The app is something else entirely.Now I think most headphone apps are very ordinary and seriously weren't woth the trouble.Audearss app is in a field of excellence all on its own.Complete the hearing test. This provides a preset tailored for you hearing. The quality of sound rises again. You can do the test over in different enviroments and create presets to match.I live not far from Australias busiest Air Force base. Jet takeoffs at around 90dB are controlled so well I don't miss a word of my podcasts. The fan in my bedroom runs at about 55 dB. I can't hear it at all in the cocoon of this active noise cancelled enviroment.So enarmoured with with listening space to enjoy I have worn them for rather long periods of time. 4-5 hours in one sitting. There is no 'can fatigue'.While I have put them on charge a few times there have been no low battery indicators.The case is another class leading provision. The perfect protector for travelling.I couldn't recommend these headphones highly enough. The audiophile will love them. Just a moments listening will thrill your aural senses. These are the real deal.

Our TV/movie/streaming time is not longer an issue in our household, since using the Audeara TV streamer and headphones. This is an excellent, quality product that can be set for individual hearing issues. I can honestly say 'happy wife, happy life'. You will not be disappointed!

These headphones are incredible! Re-listening to all my favourite songs on these. Makes my other headphones sound like garbage now. They also make realise how bad my hearing was until I put these on they catered for it. Absolute game changers.

My daughter has been using her headphones for quite some time and loves them.Can say anything bad at all i about them.We needed a small repair done and dropped in and it was done as we waited, the technician was great to deal with and made sure was happy with the work done.18months on and only good things to say about the Audeara A-01 we have.

I purchased these recently and have been nothing but disappointed with these headphones. I've done the hearing test multiple times and the resulting sound is extremely poor. The sound becomes very muffled, and sounds like I'm listening through a blanket. My $200 JBL headphones sound impressively better. I emailed the company who have not replied or acknowledged my email. Plus, the firmware update takes so long that the headphones die before it can complete (over 20 hours) and once recharged, the update starts again from scratch. I really wanted to like these headphones but the combination of the above issues means I'll have to return them (if the company ever get back to me).

I have been using the audeara headphones and the blue tooth toggle for about 12 months.. ps, set it up myself. Did you know you can use them to answer your mobile?? The audio sound is so clear, making it a pleasure to watch TV ,actually understanding what they are saying.My hearing loss is mainly upper register. So common and so annoying. 5 stars to audeara

Superb headphones and really terrific customer service. We have several pairs in the family and when both sets of ear pads wore out and replacement ones were sent for free and will arrive in the next day or so. Awesome...

The best headphones I have ever owned by far, with so much extra value than a standard pair of headphones. Great quality audio, great quality service and such an awesome Australian product. Absolutely recommend Audeara to everyone.

Sound quality, ANC, comfort, battery life, carry case, accessories - these cans have it all. I have spent years working in machine shops and as a result had un-knowingly lost my high frequencies. Audeara brought them back and I am overwhelmed by how much I was missing. Epic product!
