Mister Minit Roselands

Very unprofessional. Went to replace my car key case. Couldn’t fixed it. Tired for 2-3 times. N said something wrong with machine. Sent me to Hurstville Mister Mint. I explain the situation to Hurstville guy but no empathy and very rude. Worst customer experience. And price vary despite same brand. Roseland - $70 Hurstville - $89. Its better to pay $20 more and go to somewhere else who are professionals.

Rang up asking for a quote on copying car keys. Got a price then was advise it could be more depending on extra programming " however i did not get this issue with 4 other places i rang up.I have gotten engraving done at the place and they did a good job"

Got 3 keys cut here on the 26th of May 2022 for $26.85, trusted that the keys given back to me would work as expected. This then came back to bite me when I then ended up in a scenario where I no longer had easy access to the original keys and 2 of the 3 newly cut keys didn't work.This meant I had to get an after hours locksmith at my own expense to break into my own home and when the locksmith checked the newly cut key advised that they weren't even the correct key blank for the lock.I am not sure if the staff member here made a careless mistake or just didn't know what they were doing but it's not what I expect from someone that provides a service.

Horrible horrible experience. There's an old guy (not sure if he's the owner) but someone who clearly hates his job and has an extremely poor attitude towards his customers. Doesn't want to speak or answer any basic questions. He constantly ignores his customers or simply walks away pretending not to hear. Sometimes he will just move onto the next customer and ignore you right as you are speaking. Happened to another lady right in front of me today. EXTREMELY RUDE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I will be reporting them to Mister Minit headoffice for POOR customer service.

Received a quote for engtaving over the phone which was then increaed when I got to the store. The staff don't listen and then try to make it the customer's problem. They are rude, ignorant and incompetent. Just around the corner from the shopping centre is Abel Trophies, a local family business, who are both extremely helpful and very well priced.

Horrible experience. The staff ruined my shoes I took them a brand new pair of Italian leather shoes that I needed a sued sole put on for my wedding and they returned them covered in scuff marks. I asked if they could polish it out and they told me that you can’t because of the color. I walked away with brand new Shoes never been worn that looked worn out. Rude staff and an overall horrible experience. Thanks for nothing

Professional fast and reliable. Had some engraving done. Highly recommended, located on lower floor next to Aldi.

Paul was very helpful today. He cut a new set of house keys for me without blinking an eye, even with one difficult key thrown in! A very happy and positive person to deal with. Thanks Paul!!!

After reading all the reviews I went in expecting the worst but instead I had a great experience. The young lady was so cheerful and great to talk to, the man was pleasant and patient. They were also one of the cheaper places to get engraving done. The service took a little longer than was quoted but they were constantly dealing with new customers so it wasn't because they were careless. Will give them my business again.
