Bought a juicer from here online a month ago and i sent an email because the juicer isn’t working properly and the CSR replied and told me to contact a different company for the warranty. Would not recommend and would not buy from again. Most stores provide the warranty in store and deal with the manufacturer. I was sent an email asking me to revise my feedback as I am unethical. I believe this feedback is fair. A company that sells the product should have a relationship with both the customer and supplier/manufacturer instead of hand balling the customer to a different company when the product was purchased through them. THIS IS AN UNETHICAL PRACTICE CALLING CUSTOMERS NAME.

Worst customer service ever!!! After 3 and a half months it finally shows up, after calling every week and them saying should be there any day now" and then it shows up with nothing but the juicer

Ohnestly the best juicer ever.I have worked in cafes all over Sydney and worked with different juicers.This one is hands down the most thorough in juicing. The pulp comes out so dry.It's easy to clean and it does everything it says it does.Made some brilliant almond milk today as well and usually making almond milk takes alot more time.I'm stoked is all I can say ! .Well worth it !!

I've previously owned several juicers but this one is the very best! You can hear crushed vegetables and see the juice spilling out and the tiny amount of pulp left over is amazing. Very easy to clean. Good job Naturopress

Got this juicer for my mum a year ago and it’s running like it’s been brought a day ago, absolutely love it. It’s been used regularly on a daily basis, I definitely recommend this compared to other juicers that I’ve used in the past. Delivery was also a breeze, just preordered another for my sister in law. 10/10 overall.

I bought this Juice machine last few months. The machine didn’t work properly. I emailed the company and there was no single reply from this company. I called them, staff couldn’t help much but again, advised me to send the email. There was no response until now. We put comment on FB and they removed our comment. I hope noone buys this machine and got trapped like me. I paid $300+ for machine and it doesn’t work well like my previous $89 machine. Don’t waste your money into this machine and especially this company!!I will report to Fair Trading!!PS: To Naturopress, I dont mind leaving my invoice number for you to check out!!I already reported you to ACCC so no other customer has to go through this!!
