Dance and Dash

Casey is an amazing dance instructor, who is friendly & supportive. Each class is fun and the environment she creates is non judgemental. You can feel free to laugh at yourself when you’ve missed a step. The routines are professional with top 40 and RnB tunes. I’ve been going to her classes for over 2 years and I still look forward to each class! The new studio looks amazing too!

I’m really enjoying Casey’s Dance Fit and jazz classes. Trying to keep up with girls half my age but absolutely loving it! A fun, inclusive and friendly group. I always get a great workout and leave on a high.

I love my dance classes at Dance and Dash! Everyone is welcome at any experience level. Casey is an amazing welcoming teacher and builds a great enthusiasm for all of the participants. I love that you can have an awesome workout without the repetition and boredom that sometimes comes with doing gym. We have so much fun! It would also be great to see a few fellas come on board. All are welcome!

Dance & Dash is beyond fantastic!We all start somewhere...We're all different...We all mix up the routines sometimes...and Dance & Dash is perfect for all of us.I feel completely at home at this beautiful (and calm) studio. My new happy place ♡ all I had to do was give it a go!Casey is an amazing instructor and made me feel comfortable the second I walked through the door.
