My father had a issue with a Penn 330 reel, we tried everywhere in Tassie but they couldn’t be bothered to find the issue. After finding the tackle WareHouse in Queensland via google and calling them they trouble shooted the issue over the phone and they order the parts in and then posed them to me in Tasmania. They arrived 1 day after being posted. The staff could not have gone more out if there way to help. Highly recommend.
