What a waste of $40.. please save your money.We ordered two coffees, 2 scones and a banana bread.Banana bread came out after ten minutes, 'toasted' but with ice cold butter balancing on a knife. The definitely not home made (from taste) scones came tumbling out on separate plates another ten minutes later... And then confusion as to what else we had ordered. With two people behind the coffee machine and no other orders waiting I thought this would have been the easiest part.. alas no. Another five minutes go by until the coffees are presented. While I'm with my now crying toddler who has shown a fair bit of patience until now my partner is given the coffees also to juggle along with everything else.I asked for a coffee cup tray and was met with a roll of eyes. Never again.I'd recommend to train staff ahead of a shift, not on the busiest day of the week.

Absolutely appalling customer service. The older lady I assume is the owner was so rude and dismissive when we ordered an iced latte that came out as a frappe. Told us to look at their menu and “that’s how they do it.” Offered to remake if we weren’t happy but would charge us again for their “time and product.” Iced lattes are a universal drink everywhere you go and not classified as the bitter frappe they served. The coffee was terrible and overpriced and the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths.

There is expensive and then there’s coffee at the gardens expensive. 95c for decaf? 7.5 for a large coffee? 8 for one scone? 26$ for 2 coffees and a scone. The coffees were burnt as well. Not happy at all

Samantha is the loveliest, most genuine business owner. She’s an absolute asset to the botanical gardens, her coffee is delicious, her food just as tasty,and she herself brings joy to all her customers. I enjoy chatting every time I come and leave with a full belly and smile on my face

One of our favorite spots on the Gold Coast!We had a generous portion of ice cream and delicious spinach croissant today.The owner lady was very nice and my baby absolutely loved the garden view.Will definitely coming back!

I enjoyed my iced coffee and sweet treat today. Samantha was warm and friendly. We had a lovely chat. The setting overlooking the Botanical Gardens is lovely.

Very good coffee, also had a spinach and cheese croissant which was possibly the best thing i have eaten in my whole life (pictured half eaten because I couldn't wait)! took a while for food/drinks but only had a couple of staff working and was super busy! Also quite pricey, but I think worth it for the nice experience and quality food/drink! I will definitely be back here to try out their iced chai which is apparently delicious

Unfortunately this cafe does not cater for patrons with disabilities.Be cautious the ice cream is not gluten free.I politely asked for the music to be turned down to suit my friends disability and the staff member said why ? I have to accommodate to the other customers also" ;note we were the only two there.She did turn the music down slightly before answering her mobile and speaking loudly whilst I was trying to ask about gluten free .She assured me the ice crean was gf however I noted the word "gluten " clearly labelled ..Sadly we won't be back.It's difficult enough being out and about with disabilities

I'm sorry to say the service was disorganised, and it became evident many Customers who had paid were becoming impatient with a young lady who was frustratingly slow serving ice creams, leaving an older lady to serve, make coffees, & prepare food. When a Customer spoke up about the appallingly slow service, she was berated by the older lady. Had we not already paid for our order, we would simply have walked out - along with 5 or 6 other people, who had not even been served yet.The coffee was good, the treatment of Customers was deplorable
