This is one of the best dominos, always super tasty and fresh and quick on delivery. Love using the dominos vouchers as well make sure your search for the vouchers before ordering as you can make huge savings. Love Friday night as pizza night with Engadine Dominos!

You can not beat the value of a $5 pizza. Never had to wait and ordering via the app makes it simple and fast to satisfy your graving for greasy food. Always greated with a smile from the owner. Clean shop and well run frenchise.

Absolutely disgustedHad an incorrect order which I was told would have a credit for, then went to use the next credit the day after and was overcharged $20, at the time of payment when the pizza was delivered I rung up and spoke with manager on shift and was told it is the correct price and my credit was no longer applicable, after 20 minutes of the pizza sitting there I was told to keep the food being cold and they were not doing anything about it, now calling today to place an order and reattempt a store we have been going to for years, the owner has rung up shortly after my order was placed and said he is cancelling the order because I was swearing and making his staff cry, which is an absolute load rubbish I'd suggest going to another store as this dominos needs to sort their stuff out

This franchise owner and management are excellent operators. I had a minor issue with my order, which was due to my error. The on-duty manager at the time, was quick, reasonable and efficient in finding a remedy. Definitely worthwhile choising to order from this store.

Your standard Domino's pizza, better to order when they are less busy, as the quality drops slightly (Uneven Cuts, uneven topping) when it is busy.

Numerous incorrect toppings across multiple orders. Finally fed up (pun intended) I asked for a refund on one wrong pizza (total cost of $7.50) out of 4 T(otal cost $30) . After 15 minutes on the phone the best they would offer was store credit whilst admitting they had realised they made the mistake. Obviously, the issue isn't the cost, its the poor customer service after they made the mistake and the failure to take account of customer loyalty. Time after time we have put up with incorrect pizzas, sparse toppings and missing toppings but the one time we looked for some consideration (remember they take a photo automatically of every pizza ordered now so they know I was telling the truth) it was denied with no regard for ongoing and previous custom. This is not and should not be taken to be a rant at the staff who i am certain are doing the best they can, but to the owners who created this policy. When you fail to look after your customers they will fail to look after you.

Absolutely useless.Called as my order was over an hour late, they insisted it had been delivered by driver and left at doorstep. Explained it wasn't there, was then told the driver had actually delivered and given to someone at my address.Had to *again* explain this hadn't occurred, and the really helpful young girl on the phone was insistent that we shouldn't accuse their driver of not doing something as neither of us knew what the driver had or hadn't done...Took all of my self control to politely point out that I was very sure that I hadn't in fact inadvertently had a pizza delivered to me without realising.What a ride. Please just save yourself the trouble and order from literally anywhere else other than Dominos Engadine
