Absolutely amazing experience with Carr’s Cars.From the point of showing interest in the vehicle, to having it reserved and eventually purchased, Carr’s Cars had been a delight working with to find my new and i’m excellent condition Mitsubishi Lancer.Brett was able to help me and include me in all processes during the transaction and made time for me throughout the all points across the board. It was an absolute customer delight dealing with Brett throughout the process. The car was immaculately presented and is mechanically sound. Brett is a lovely person and very honest about the car condition. He sent me required photos, videos, let me have my time inspecting the car and professionally answered all my questions. Carrs Cars process on how they select their cars is very impressive. It was a great experience and took the stress out of car buying. Highly recommended! I will definitely buy again from Brett (and Carrs Cars)

Brett really couldn't have made the process of buying from Carrs Cars any easier even if he tried. Always open to answering my questions, upfront and honest about any issues with the vehicle, and just a nice guy all round.I had to catch the train up from Sydney to pick up the car and Brett went to the effort of picking me up from the station without me even asking him. Find me another used car dealer who'll do that for you!

Had a great experience buying our van from Brett. The vehicle is mechanically sound and has a solid service history. He was very open with cosmetic issues the van had, and sent me photos and videos before I made the 2 hour drive to inspect the vehicle. He sorted out these issues, we just had to wait a few weeks for the replacement parts (roof lining, seat belt cover, and spare key) to arrive. I would definitely buy a car again from Brett and would highly recommend Carrs Cars, Erina.

Never thought I'd say this about a second hand car dealership, but Bart and Paul made the process of buying a second hand car a real pleasure! No high pressure sales tactics, very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help my wife and me find a car that suited our needs (with a baby on the way soon). The 2019 VW Golf that we bought was reasonably priced, was in excellent condition and Bart was extremely helpful and prompt with all of the paperwork. I highly recommended Carrs Cars.

Excellent value for money on the vehicle and wonderful service by Brett, who was honest, open and very down-to earth. He also happily drove my new vehicle all the way to Sydney's inner west to deliver it on a Saturday, before catching a train back to his office in Erina. Now that's service!
