I got here just before closing. Yet the staff were still super helpful and friendly. They took their time to show me the diff slabs and even showed me how to efficiently get what i wanted at a lower price . Isaac went out of his way, as did the lovely lady there, who's name i didnt catch. The Austral address is wrong. But that is a google problem. I will def be going back there and may even get some furniture made, as they can make beautiful unique woodwork with the natural timber

Having just completed renovations we have experienced some of the worst customer service!! Certainly none of that at Go Natural Timbers! THE BEST customer service, prices and pieces!! It was one of my favourite experiences and cannot wait to see the end product… soon to be a mantle piece!! Will recommend these guys to everyone, and looking forward to going back when we are ready for our dining table

Wow, slabs of timber from all over Aus, great grain patterns, we just wanted a piece for the top of some old Singer legs, $130 the friendly staff even sanded it on their big industrial sander for free.

The team here are super friendly and helpful. They have a massive range and very reasonable prices. They were very responsive when I placed an online enquiry. I will be going back here whenever I need timber!

I went out today after speaking to Rami on the phone who was very helpful. Issac showed Ke around and educated me on the various species and their attributes. Extremely friendly with no expectation for me to purchase; he was just happy to show me around. I didn’t end up purchasing anything as I needed to check some measurements. I’m planning to dress and finish the wood myself. Isaac took the time to explain some techniques and share his experience. Highly recommend these guys. I’ll be back!

Just picked up my slab for our new bathroom vanity top and I couldn't be happier. It looks amazing. Rami was so helpful in choosing the right timber and they cut and polished it beautifully. Thanks guys - highly recommended.
