Bought a single layered portable coffee mug for my partner. Gets way too hot and actually burnt my hand. Was told it’s not faulty and that it was my fault because I must make my coffee too hot. Awful staff. Don’t follow store policy which clearly states that if something is faulty you can get store credit or an exchange and they point blank refused and made out like I was an idiot. I don’t even drink coffee and I know how a coffee cup should work. I have one made of plastic and it doesn’t get hot at all. So would not recommend buying from there unless you like spending money and not caring about whether you can return it or not. Very poor service.

You could get into serious trouble in this store. From the outset the fabulous window display drawers you in. They sell stunning home wares, tableware, fragrances, cushions and the list goes on. Lots of unique pieces. A perfect store to pick up gifts which I did this week. Great customer service - the staff are friendly and helpful.

This place has meaning. Gifts with purpose.
