We went on a quiet Tuesday morning to see the Jane Du Rant ceramic art installation and were lucky enough to see the artist herself in the gallery. It was a magnificent exhibition with so much attention to detail. Well worth watching the video of Jane discussing her inspiration for the collection.Upon entry we were warmly greeted by staff and they were always around to answer questions if required.We have always been to the gallery with the kids because it is renowned for its children's installations, however this visit was adults only and full of peaceful moments. I highly recommend coming along and having a coffee around the corner first or even lunch at the Indian Mehfil afterwards.

Wonderful gem of a gallery that should not be missed. Highlights were the woodwork and early pottery from settlement days. As well as the wonderful selection of local artists over the decades. Gift shop is nice and staff are super friendly.

First time here and it was awesome. We went to Playing with light" for a homeschooling excursion and an outing for the others and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We were the only ones there which was even better for my boy on the spectrum. The staff were amazing and the little gift shop has great prices. Toilets were ok. We parked 20mins away in underground car park which was free for the first 3hrs and after that has very cheap rates. Will definitely go again."

We went there on a sunny sunday. The aircon inside was a such blessing after a long walking around the block. Our kids never been excited to go to arts gallery, but here the team provided ranges of fun-artsy activity for children and adults, from drawing, pattern, and circle arts. Our selfie" drawing would be displayed there

I used to visit often as a child, and now I get to take my own along. The displays and staff are wonderful and very informative. The interactive displays are great fun for little ones! A great time out with no expense other than street parking. Love it and will be going back again soon!

This is a really will set up Art gallery with a good focus for kids . The kids activity room as well laid out , lots of activities , the person running it seem very interested in it and was keen todemonstrated the room. The staff actually showing the other exhibits for very interesting knew what was going on and could talk about them .There were many interesting exhibits on the main one was really cool but the other ones were very nice as well

Staff are extremely friendly. Places and activities on offer are very interesting for the kids. Spent a very relaxing and fun afternoon there.
