Nick and Ben have helped me with a knee injury I have had for a long time. Both men are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and supportive. They make you feel very comfortable and at ease during rehabilitation. I am very grateful for their efforts and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Would definitely go back.

Extremely thankful and grateful to Emma and Andrew for helping me throughout my hamstring rehab journey over the past 10 weeks and getting me back to playing the sport I love. Their knowledge, experience and professionalism was evident throughout my rehab and are some of the reasons why I was able to recover so quickly from a tricky injury. Highly recommend for those looking to to get any injuries treated.

Strongly recommend Adam and Complete balance. He is a brilliant and knowledgeable Physio. Great treatment plan and rehab exercises to help me recover from my quad injury. Super grateful to have come across Adam to get me back to playing sport asap. Fantastic bloke and will remain my physio for a long time! Highly recommend.

The team of physio’s are absolutely fantastic. I’ve been working with Ebru who has been beyond helpful & patient during the rehabilitation of my ACL injury. From her assessment & treatment of my injury, as well as the strength & conditioning programs she has provided me on a weekly basis - I honestly couldn’t thank Ebru enough for all the work she’s done in getting me back to my best! Their new facility is also one of kind - HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

Highly recommended going to the gym rehab classes with Andrew. Andrew has helped me fix my lower back pain when squating and deadlifting. Aswell as improving my technique to prevent future injuries down the track. Execellent physio with indepth knowledge on powerlifting.

Very knowledgeable and wise staff! Before I came to see Andrew, I was about to commit to an ACL reconstruction surgery. He systematically showed me that I was already capable of performing and growing stronger without surgery. Andrew boosted my confidence to train hard and do what I love. Today I competed in a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament and won, without a second thought about my knee. Thankyou!!

I needed a good physio to help with my knee after surgery. Checked in my local area and found these guys. They had great reviews and I thought I’d try them out. Well, I have no words except, professional, knowledgeable and excellent. Great experience from when you walk in the door to the physio itself. Nick has helped me get to a level I didn’t think I’d get to the stage I’m at so quickly. His expertise has helped me tremendously and I have nothing but praise for him. Bianca is great at the desk with a smile and great service. You won’t get better service than here.

I've seen Adam at Complete Balance Physio for a while now and found this approach motivating, professional yet personable and very effective. I highly recommend Adam as a Physiotherapist. He got me results better than what I expected in a shorter amount of time.
