10 days since I first called to get someone out to service our pump. 4 follow up calls from me and still no word about when someone can visit.Very disappointing service.

The work done by Paul from SBPS, covering the installation of a railing and a new saltwater chlorinator for our pool back in December 2020 was exceptional, even though he was very busy with a number of jobs, leading up to Christmas. Initially, he made a promise to us that the pool would be clean and clear within 2 weeks and it was and still looks amazing 3 months on... Great support and reliable service. Really is the best pool service in all of Sydney. The team is kind and knowledgeable and provide 10/10 service every time. The SBPS shops are great too, stocking all the supplies you’ll ever need. Thanks Paul, Nick and the rest of the SBPS team. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and they know so much about pools.Aron is always friendly when I walk in there, he advises me on the best products to use...and our pool looks amazing all the time!I would definitely recommend this pool shop to friends and families with pools.

My 50 year old pool was in shocking condition after I had neglected it due to a 3 week stint in hospital. After being serviced by SBPS It is now in pristine condition. The service guy, Steve I think his name was, was pleasant and very helpful. Thanks heaps.

Seems like sales is way ahead of service. I was very happy with the customer service when I purchased a replacement filter but now that the filter has a problem, Sydney's Best Pool Service are nowhere to be seen. After several phone calls, not being called back, being told someone was coming and no-one turning up with no call to say so, and me having to chase them again and again I really can't recommend them. Rooster one day - feather duster the next.

Somehow we had missed this local pool shop even though is not far from our place. Very glad someone recommended it to us. Been there a number of times since and the service has been excellent every time. None of the common trying to get you to buy product after product that we had been used to from other pool shops.
