Nat & Ben at Coffs Harbour Hire a Hubby were excellent. Nat is super responsive on the emails. Tiling work by Craig looks amazing. Thanks so much guys. Definitely recommend and use again.

I was very impressed with the service, Nat got back to me same day and arranged a time for Ben to come and quote. My first job was painting the bricks surrounding the house and Ben was able to help me with the right colour. It gives the house such a lift. I was so happy that I engaged them again for more work around the house. Ben and Craig erected a screen around my deck and tiled my back steps. They were punctual, professional, great at giving me the advice I needed. I have had lots of lovely comments about the quality of the work. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys on all levels.

They accepted my enquiry, then called me a few days later to say that they will call me on the Thursday to book in a time to come out and quote. Verbally said probably couldn’t do the job until November. I said that was ok. Thursday goes by and no call. Then I message them and ask them to call me. Then I get a message saying they have accepted a big job and are busy until new year… and unable to do the job. Very poor customer service.
