I’ve just bought an Alfa Romeo from Trade Prestige. The presentation of the car was A+++ . I traded my 09 Holden Captiva which had 340,000km and a loved family car. The usually stressful process of getting a car was made so painless thanks to Lee! Within no time at all everything was sorted and he even went the extra mile to ensure I had the correct cable for my phone to interface with the car's media system whilst the car was going through the roadworthy process.As an added display of honesty weeks later Lee reached out to let me know that due to a mistake made during the somewhat rushed process I'd overpaid for the vehicle in order to sort out payment information.Thanks Lee and Trade Prestige - The turbo V8 Audi has been very fun ;P

They give you a good price online when it comes to selling your car to them and when you go in, they offer you near $5k less. Time wasters I say. Mind you they already offering you the trade in value. When your car is selling privately for $25-$26k and they offer you $19k online but when you go in they say we will only pay $15k because of small dent not even visible unless you go up close and easily fixed. This is the experience I had.

Wanted me to agree to buy a car before test driving it (this was a 14k over ten year old car, not some fancy euro).Since I didn't want to sign paperwork to purchase the car without test driving we parted ways. Absolute waste of time. Went to another dealer that day and purchased a car without any issues or stuck up attitudes.

Came in and saw Lee and where do I start, friendly and professional is a understatement.I’ve had previous experiences with car dealers before and Lee is by a country mile the best of the lot. I left a deposit on a car and he patiently waited for my car to be picked up.
