Very disappointing that if you purchase a ring in the only size they sell O" it will cost you a lot more than what they tell you to get it resized.Very rude that it is the prouds policy to get more money out of you

Not at all happy with the service put a ring in to be reshaped & missing stone replaced 2 weeks later I’m told it’s not back jeweller informed then 10 days earlier he is waiting on a stone but I was never informed of the delay this is the 2nd time I have been stuffed around by them 1st time took 5 weeks for a repair to come back as I was never informed the jeweller was on holidays totally disgusted with the service will NEVER shop or go through them again
