Drysdale Road Carpark - You Yangs MTB (Stockyards)

Really nice spot for all levels. It goes from easy tracks to really hard with big jumps.It's a pretty dry place so even if it rains, it's enjoyable to ride :)

If you prefer arid conditions then this place is for you. Be mindful that the trails at the You Yangs are two way so blind corners can be dangerous especially on blue diamond trails. It can get a little hostile where there are riders that will not stop and expect you to move out of their way but that's easily handled depending on the person you are haha. I personally won't go back as there are better trails out there that are at least one way!

Great mountain bike park with excellent tracks. Nice BBQ facilities in the rotunda at the carpark also.Road in is rather rough thou so take it easy as you drive in/out.Toilets not currently working but there are temporary units on site.

If you want to enjoy most of the Black Diamond trails in You Yangs, park here. You have lots of options. Take the fire road up to stockyard carpark, short but steep. Or take the Rockwell Run, long but easy. I personally go to Rockwell, a bit of warm up to get those blood flowings, joint moving. Once you reach the top, you can go left amd youll pass by Lactic, Bandages, Turbulence, Travs, Cressy. If you reach the top of it and go to your right, thats were Boulder is.All of those black trails will lead you back yo Drysdale Road Carpark. I do boulder last as the end of it is literally at the carpark. Enjoy!

Beautiful yet challenging.Fantastic layout and setting. Like a open world game where you can see waypoints and paths to take. Heaps for the intermediate and advanced rider.

Lots of work been done to this area, all level of difficulty for everyone. Sometimes it gets busy with random people walking dogs along the trails, risking their pooches to be minced by my front wheel!

Fun trails but can be a bit sketchy overall a great mtb place

Great range of trails open all year around, good parking and well sign posted. Credit to the trail builders and local club (YYMTB inc).

Has something for every rider. Love Trav's Diamond and Boulder. Free BBQ's are a bonus just remember to bring baking paper and cleaning product to keep the hotplates clean.
