The service right from sales through to installation was genuine, helpful and professional. Upgrading our security monitoring system to having the access of locking and unlocking our service through a mobile phone has been assisting us greatly, day in and day out. Had a security system that needed some attention. Emailed Eclipse and their response was fantastic from the beginning (thank you Fiona). My issue was dealt with quickly and professionally. The technician (thank you Reece) arrived at the agreed time and was great.The problem was diagnosed very quickly, but with some complications given it was originally an American system. This is where the tech guy went above and beyond to help and for that I am very appreciative. I would highly recommend them because of their professionalism, timeliness and going that extra mile to support a customer.Update (05/06/2019) Rhys attended again at very short notice and was spectacular in his customer service. I can't recommend him more highly. Rhys enhanced the system and explained it to us in normal terms to the point where we can take full advantage of our security system.I also want to thank the support people at Eclipse who have been fantastic and everything can be done on time and with a high level of professionalism.Highly recommended for all aspects of security and customer service!

I've tried to call and reestablish my connection 5 times now, bum steer each time, Olag said a tech would call me back but never do? Now Olag said to download an app, free 4 control from the google app store, had a search and it does not exist? They were happy to receive and install alarm as a new customer, but have had no luck in getting them to help since then?Issue has now been resolved thanks you Eclipse

Eclipse Security Systems have installed all our security systems in the last 2 properties. They initially installed an alarm in our last house which was an existing house. They did such a great job that when we decided to build a new home they were the first security company I called. I did speak to a couple of other companies to check prices but went back to Eclipse Security Systems because I was confident that I was going to get great service and a professional job. We ended up having security cameras and an alarm installed so that we can check on our home while away. Their staff are always polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about installing security systems in their home.

They are ridiculous with responses, my cameras haven’t worked properly since installation with multiple issues. Now to get the app to work they want to charge over $150 to come out when previously not charging

Wow! Eclipes Security are amazing. I recently engaged their services to install security cameras at my place of work. The salesman, Matthew Trofa, was very helpful and answered all our questions, even the silly ones. Matthew went over and above to work with us and tailor the system to best suit our needs, while keep our budget in mind. I would highly recommend Matthew Trofa to any business, friend or family. We updated our security system and right from the initial sales contact (thanks George), through quoting and installation it has been a very responsive and efficient experience. George and the Eclipse team patiently dealt with our questions and helped configure our system to our exact requirements as well as fixing a minor issue promptly and without any pushback or fuss. We had CCTV & alarms installed at our new property. Kristian our consultant had comprehensive knowledge of the systems & was completely genuine & honest in his approach. Technicians Jason, Keith & Brett performed the install. They were incredibly efficient, highly professional on top of being very polite. However what was equally as important was the after-sales service of which proved to us that we had made the right decision choosing Eclipse. Customer satisfaction is definitely at their core values. This is a very experienced & reputable company. Should we require any additional systems in the future we will absolutely be employing their services.
