The 2-hour self defence course is very hands-on and informative. You go through different scenarios and learn to defend yourself from various positions, using your whole body. I now feel much more confident to go out walking by myself knowing that I have some basic skills to deal with potentially dangerous situations. BE THE WEAPON!

My son has been with ASDMA for a while now and we have received nothing less than outstanding customer care, guidance and lots of personlised information and training.Very affordable prices!Peter is extraordinarily good at what he does and Sensei Salman is exceptional too! The class runs in such a nice, interesting and harmonic way you don’t notice at all the passing of time and my son loves his time in there. The fact that he agreed to attend the class was a miracle because he was so resistant; all thanks to Peter and his expertise in changing his mind.

Peter’s workshop for women runners was fantastic. It was tailored to our needs and at times got quite physical! The workshop exercises were integral to build our muscle memory, providing the right response if we ever need it.

My son has recently attended self defence and anti-bullying workshop at ASDMA and am proud of my decision. Peter walked through kids with excellent techniques how to be emotionally strong, stay super happy, not allowing bully to take away your smile and at the same time defend yourself without hurting anyone. I recently attended the 2 hour self defence workshop run by Peter and his team. The session was not only enjoyable and very hands on but Peter was able to cover a lot during the time meaning we left with a heap of new information and skills. I left feeling much more empowered and would thoroughly recommend this course if you're considering learning some basic self defence.
