Having my hair done by Rachel and her girls was a great experience. They were professional and efficient while still taking care to listen and engage, making sure I was happy with the results as we went. The colour turned out just how I was hoping, Rachel gave me a gorgeous, natural looking balayage. A salon with a funky, unpretentious vibe and very reasonably priced. Recommend. Thank you Rachel!

Rachel is a great stylist and did an amazing job on my full head of highlights, style cut and blow wave. I’d definitely recommend her any day. Give her a go. You won’t regret it. She’s also super friendly and has 30 years experience so she knows what she’s doing. Thanks Rachel! A++

Rachel was well priced, super efficient, absolutely lovely and intuitive. Thank you ...I will return again. She covered my greys and showed me the curly hair method she recommends in the pic my hair is still wet but It's dry now and bounced up wonderfully. Rachel understood that I prefered to comb my hair and section it which I really appreciate as my hair can take 30 mins to untangle and hurts less if I do it. So lucky to have her local to me.

Rachel was nice, but if she is using Groupon to get new customers, she is not doing a lot to keep them once they are there. I was told that I had booked the first appointment of the day, but there was one other person booked at the same time and Rachel started on her before me. So Rachel was already 15 mins behind when she started me, and this delay flowed on and increased for every customer, as she did not leave enough time between bookings and was working on 4 customers at once. The attention we all got was minimal. My colour was botched, and I had to ask for it to be fixed while I was there so that I didn't have to endure the process again. My cut was more of a chop completed in 15 minutes. Yet I still wasted almost 4 hours of my day due to having to wait around for her to get to me between the 3 other customers that she was working on at the same time. At one point, customers were even being asked to wait outside because the salon was too full to hold them - and waiting outside meant literally standing around on the sidewalk, with cars zooming by. There is nothing else around to do. My final colour was ok (after it was fixed), but I won't be back, as I'm sure most other people that day won't. My time is worth more than the money I saved by using that Groupon - and I prefer a more personal experience than being part of a factory line.

First visit was Initially impressed. Although overbooked I was happy to let a lady finish up her apt before me so she was able to collect her child from school on time. That’s responsible.This time round on Saturday I spent over an hour to get to Rbe salon, only to wait for 45 minutes to have my hair brushed. I enquired about time frames and was constantly lied to? I’d booked foils, treatment, cut, blow dry…. Even offered to just get the foils if she was too time poor, to try help out. But more lies.If you have plans for the day, don’t include this hairdresser in them. No concept of time management and it’s a real shame because she is really good at what she does. But books in fake appointments so you go all the way there and lose three hours of your weekend for… no result.Extremely bad.

Purchased Groupon deal for 1/2 head foils/cut/hairstyling- Rachel was great, very friendly and professional. I am so happy with my hair and will definitely go there again - highly recommended.

Saw Rachel on Friday for half head foils , style and treatment . I needed my regrowth done as well and she fitted me in. She is very experienced and did an amazing job . She styled my hair so well that I didn’t have to do anything on Sat for a party. Highly recommend her services. I will be going back to her in future .

Went here with a cut colour and style package I purchased from Groupon and it was honestly the worst experience ever. Ladies give this place a miss, don't but the coupon package as the experience was horrible! My haircut was choppy, asked for balayage hair and Rachel did chunky highlights in off locations in my hair, with it ending up looking orange!! Wasn't blended at all and it left my hair feeling dry, damaged and extremely brittle. Rachel overbooked for the day, the place was dirty and there was a long line as she was attending to 3 clients at the same time. Don't waste your money here!
