Asked 3 times do not cut my cuticle. Lady who was doing my nails could not understand me (which I am totally was ok with,cause I am from overseas and do understand how tough it may be to understand over language) so manager translated my request to her. Nevertheless she was not interested in my opinion. I guess she used to do it in her own way,therefore was hard for her to change it for once. Even though she were asked repeatedly NOT to do this. I even indicated to her with hands do not use specific instrument. On top of this my nail last for 1 day!!! No kidding..1 day...

I definitely recommend Obsession Nails and Beauty! Have been going here for a couple of years for my eyelash extensions and they have never disappointed! Gigi is amazing and very accomodating, and I have never had any problems with my extensions.

Have only been there for lashes but they do the best job by far for individual lashes. Very natural and reasonably priced with great customer service.

Second time I've been here and very happy with their service. I had an eye lash extension and it looks great! Last time they were running late but this time they were 15 minutes early so they messaged me to see if I could make the earlier time. Good clean place.

Had my nails done there for first time on Saturday. The staff were so nice and even stayed open for me an hour after closing. The lady who done my nails was very diligent and showed great attention to detail and did a fantastic job. Will be going there from now on. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first visit here and I was pleasantly pleased with the outcome of my nails! They were done perfectly, from the shape to the colour. I Highly recommend this place

I seen Nikki today and she has done an amazing job with my lashes. The last salon I went to did a terrible job used cheap glue and very poor quality lashes used and just took no care they looked awful. But Nikki totally transformed them and they look beautiful soft full but natural. I cannot be happier. I have been to many salons and I am really impressed and will definitely be coming back as a regular customerShe was so sweet and kind and made me feel very comfortable.The salon has a great location and is easy to find alsoThank you Nikki ❤

Wow, where to start. I was there yesterday to get SNS on my nails. Generally this takes 45-50 minutes. 1hr and 15min into it and only half done I was now running late for a meeting in Surry Hills. I asked if I could leave and come back - they had me pay first ($50) but didn’t have credit card options... and because I was running late I ended up taking an Uber there and back ($55). After getting my nails finally finished (in a different red than I had chosen), I went back to my car and had a fine ($114). So my adventure in nails from the slowest man in the world cost me $220! AND less than 24 hours 5 of my nails are CHIPPED! I have never NEVER had a chipped SNS nail. And now I have 5!!!Never again. And I would not recommend getting your nails done here!!

I discovered Gigi through a friend of mine, and although me and my gal have different style of lashes, Gigi tailored them exactly to what I wanted! She is beyond amazing, after trying different places I can say Gigi is the best!! She is so detailed and soft and wont let you go till your lashes are perfection.
