Absolutely terrible. My partner and I had our first trimester scan booked today. Turned up and treated like idiots, told we had made a mistake and would have to rebook. The woman embarrassed my partner and n front of everyone in the waiting room and left her crying. She was smirking and being patronising and nasty. I called the Maroochydoore centre and they brought up the details on th computer, they told us they could see there had been a double booking in Buderim Radiology's behalf, so not only had they lied about their mistake they had made us feel like we had made the error. Thankfully Maroochydoore said they would organise to squeeze us in somewhere, they called around to get us seen at th Kawana centre. That was amazing of them.Buderim Radiology has no care for clients. Even the first scan we went to we were treated with no respect and as if we were just numbers in a question of people they were trying to push out the door.I would strongly advise using the Maroochydoore or Kawana centres. Buderim radiology is disgusting.

Do not trust the reception staff about bookings. We made our booking face to face and when we turned up, they said no bookings have been made. I understand people can be busy but not doing the job that is the only task is out of hands. I would not recommend anyone to go there. I have done my previous scans with other radiologist and there was no problem whatsoever but had a terrible incident with this radiology. The reception staff in here need to understand that people come in here with medical reason so they need to be vary careful with what the task and complete it. They need to understand that because of the outcomes that be be due delay in medical imagining.

There are some lovely staff here but I've stopped going due to one rude staff member. Every time I have gone, she has been very rude to me. It is a shame because the other ladies there are lovely. I would recommend going to a different one if possible.

I was worried about my experience after reading the negative review but I couldn't fault it. From the booking in phonecall, to the friendly and efficient receptionist and finally, the expert somographer, my pregnancy scan experience was flawless at buderim. We'll be back for our next two scans for sure!

How can it be possible that they run so late when I was literally one of the first bookings. Always late, simply rude. If we did the same thing to any of them in any business they went to we would be condemned. But because they are medical they believe they are above common courtesy. We do have a choice ! We can go somewhere else.

Don't trust the Info what their call center guys pass it on to you. Complete wrong booking and wrong prices given. Had travelled over 200kms for no work getting done. The service was not available in the center which we were booked in from the call center.

2nd time I have been here and both times there has been 2 clients come in after me and be so aggressive towards ththe staff. Both times they handled the situations extremely well. Keep up the amazing work ladies.

Their reports were lazy and totally incorrect, warning don’t go here unless you want incorrect reports. Gave my ct scans to my Dr and he was shocked to see that the report said nothing when there was a clear problem in my CT scans.

Had an appointment today and was approached by an extremely rude receptionist, Emma . I’m not one to usually right reviews as I work in a call centre but I had to make a higher being aware. There was one receptionist in particular that was extremely intimidating and had a very rude demeanour. I felt judged and disrespected. Another receptionist Nicole on the other hand was lovely she was offering solutions yet was shut down by Emma. As a young female, I know this review would have been different if my mum was there. She arrived late and when she arrived the attitude of the receptionist changed. As I said prior I’m not one to make reviews yet I would hate for this to happen to anyone with a different story to mine. I would not recommend.
