Stayed at beach cottage 2 in Sorrento.Was clean and tidy, great spot, comfy beds. Spacious. All round great stay!Thank you

We booked a two night stay for a house (Caxton Beach House with Hot tub) through Coast and Country Getaways over the weekend. When we got there, we noticed the house was unoccupied for some time. The house was dusty and there were cobwebs everywhere we walked. The floors also had a lot of dead insects and the walls crawled with spiders. What was worse was the shower room was filthy with black mould and the shower head in one of the bathrooms was broken. The heater in the main living room was also not responsive.We contacted Coast and Country Getaways a few times using the after hours contact number provided but nobody picked up the phone. After vacating the property, we informed Coast and Country Getaways about the state of the property. Coast and Country Getaways responded by claiming our responsibility for the damage and charged the cost of fixing the shower head to our credit card! There was no attempt to resolve the situation prior to this. When we told them we would dispute this claim, Coast and Country Getaways was unhelpful and insisted on putting the blame on us. We are appalled by its level of unprofessionalism.This is by far our worst short stay experience and we regretted not using a third party booking service which would have assisted with such disputes. Stay away!

We had a very enjoyable stay, and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and standard of accommodation provided. It offered more than enough space for 11 adults. We found the house had everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay, and we were impressed with the location and quietness of the street. We were also very pleased with the amenities and found that we had everything we needed and more - thoughtful inclusions such as games and all cleaning supplies made a big difference.I would not hesitate recommending the property/company to others, and would definitely book again. I appreciated the professionalism and ease of booking/check-in. Thank you for all your help and accommodating my extra request of a late check-out!

Location was good but that's about it. Photos made it look better than it was. Way over priced for 1500 a night I would expect at least 4 star accommodation. The place is falling apart. Bathroom doors don't close,. If it says sleeps 14 then it should accommodate 14 kitchen was terrible and small, it had a Webber for a BBQ tiny. Sorry for bad review but we paid alot to stay there and we have stay in a lot of places over the last 15 years at this same time and this was the worst house not property .Time to renovate.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay at the Love Shack Romantic Bungalow with our little Jack Russell. The Bungalow has recently been renovated and includes a generous sized spa in the backyard. The Bungalow itself has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Beach is a few minutes walk away with local shops, restaurants and cafe's about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive.The backyard is very dog friendly with enough room to roam around, a grass patch and well secured fencing.The owners did supply a little firewood but you will definitely need to purchase some from the local IGA or petrol station (which is quite expensive) to enjoy the indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit (we went through 4 bags of wood which were about $20.00 each) . The spa did have a heap of ants around it and in the water - we did need to clean up and run a clean setting on the spa a couple of times before use.The toilet seat in the Bathroom is a little uncomfortable - it is not set very well and slides around when you are on the toilet, don't think it fits quite right. The few small issues are the reason I have given a 4 star review instead of 5. All in all though we highly recommend the Love Shack and will definitely be back in the near future.

We stayed at Molly’s Beach House in Blairgowrie. Such a great house, perfectly appointed, extremely clean and just so relaxing. The team at Coast and Country were helpful, kind and professional. I can’t recommend them or this house more highly.

We stayed for 8 days in Sorrento in the most gorgeous little cottage. Coast and Country getaways were fabulous and it was all really seamless from our arrival to departure. We loved it so much we have booked again for next year.

Beautiful place to stay on the Peninsula so close to the Sorrento strip. The home has everything you need for your fur family to have a fun & comfortable time away. Will definitely stay again.

We booked a home through Coast and Country Getaways and we were very happy with their attention and information throughout the process. The house we rented in Sorrento (Sea Escape) was gorgeous, very clean and exceptionally well appointed. We will definitely book through Coast & Country in the future.

Hi we stayed at the ocean beach sound studio. It was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. With very modern furniture and a beautiful set up and most of all very clean. The owners are such nice people and will definitely be back there in the future. Get on it guys if you want a beautiful spacious place to stay check out the ocean beach studio.
