The website took 2 months to build, mind you thins is only a simple 7-page website with pictures about my business and a contact form, not sure why it took them so long.When I finally did get the website login details I could see the website was very hard to use

The design phase was actually quite good and we had agreed on a two-week build. A series of issues led to this small project being completed in 6 weeks and left me in a state that I was not satisfied with.
