Karl's Mower Service
A great mower shop staffed by enthusiastic and knowledgeable people. I've had my old petrol mower repaired here many times and purchased my brilliant Ego rechargeable trimmer and self-propelled mower at lower prices than other places. I've always been impressed by the service and technical knowledge and good advice that I've received here. Thanks guys!

Great shop. We bought a 4wd mower off Karl's Mowers and had an issue with the mower due to minimum weight requirements of machine, making it nearly unusable. We used the machine for 10 hrs and then Adam offered to take back the machine and replace it with another one more suitable. We could of had a big fight on our hands but Adam did the right thing by us. Great honest team. New mower is awesome. Thanks

Very helpful and good advice. Good range of products. They took the time to explain all the options available without being pushy. Bought a Honda mower at a good price. They have a service department as well. Would definitely recommend this business.

Tried ring several times, they kept hanging up on me, once they answer phone and left it off the hook, I could hear them talking, hung up and tried again several times with staff not answering call and hanging up. If this is. Customer service, I’ll take my business elsewhere. (This is from 3:45pm to 4:05pm) web site says they open to 5pm, what a joke).

Karls mowers are great. I have an older ride on mower and rang 5 places to get new blades for it and none of them were helpful. Carol from Karls mowers was the only one that was helpful and called me back with prices etc. 2 days later I have my new blades and very very happy with there awesome service and product. I highly recommend.

I've been a customer of Karl's Mower Service for some years now, and recently purchased a new ride on mower from them.I had ongoing problems with the product over several months(no fault of them). I have to say that the service I received from the team at Karl's was outstanding, with them going out of there way to help me time after time. They responded quickly to my problems and gave me fantastic customer service. Things can go wrong with anything you buy these days, but it's the way you are treated as a customer that wins you over. Karl's has my business for good! Very Happy Customer.

Great place, always obliging and helpful for counter sales but never enough staff to service the products they sell! Have been turned away on three separate occasions due to a backlog of mowers etc waiting to be serviced.One would think, such a long well established and wealthy business, they would employ more staff. They obviously have the business to cover the overheads!Maybe I should go into small motor repairs? There seems to be a glut of power gardening tools all over the coast that need servicing and a backlog in all the repair industries!

We purchased a whipper snipper and a Cox ride on from this organisation. There was a complete lack of after sales support despite our expensive purchases. Not impressed.
