I went there today, although understaffed with high customer volume the staff did exceptionally well. I did have to wait but again the staff made up for that. They were friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable, fixing up my enquiry with ease.

We had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Clayton today at port Macquarie. He was so helpful, patient and kind, and went out of his way to look after us changing our plan and phone. Cant thank him enough, such a pleasant young man, what a great asset he is, he will do very well. Thankyou Clayton from my husband and I.

Worst customer service ever, rude employees you guys are there for helping people not them turning away all they wanted to do is sending customer away so they all can go in corner and have a talk.Never seen such undisciplined Rude people in service industry

Went for a new phone after my wife's old phone died. Ash was very helpful - he explained our existing plans would be changed if we bought a phone on a new plan and suggested buying one outright at a different store. We did this, so we're glad Ash didn't just push us into a more expensive solution.
