What a fantastic service!Following some mechanical issues with my vehicle, I recently found myself stranded a long way from home in Northern NSW. I travel with a lot of assistive technology equipment, so getting back to Sydney in my wheelchair with all of my equipment posed some challenges. That was until I discovered Adairs Bus and Van hire.To begin with, Tracey and Janet were incredibly helpful and reassuring, with great communication. All of my anxiety was eased. The driver provided to me, David, was such a professional, and from the outset left me feeling that no task was too hard. He was incredibly easy to be around - which is a must on a long drive - and he drove with thoughtfulness, always giving priority to the comfort of myself and the person I was travelling with.A huge obstacle was thrown our way, when on the morning we were leaving, flash flooding hit northern NSW. The highway home was cut off, so we needed to take a detour through Queensland, turning a simple 1-day drive into a 2-day adventure.Once again, Tracey stepped up, organising the overnight wheelchair accessible accommodation we would require in rural NSW.David chose a route home that took us through some of the most spectacular scenery Australia has to offer. I arrived home incredibly appreciative of the collective effort from the entire Adairs team. I highly recommend you learn for yourself what an awesome service they provide.

We recently hired a bus for a full weekend for an event on the Peninsula. The bus was very modern and clean and the customer service was outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend Adairs for all your bus hire needs.

Very unprofessional admin person named Tracey , who answers the phone very abruptly and when she doesn't wish to hear to your requests hangs up on you. So I rang back to let her know how rude that she was to hang up on someone during conversation wasn't the best for business. I really hope the recording at the beginning of the call stating being recorded for training purposes "

Hired a teardrop camper for three nights. Easy to tow and park. Very comfortable, excellent 360 shade sail. Very good design with lighting, sink on board water, fridge, power or battery. Loads of storage luxury camping. Pick up and drop off very easy. Great customer service explains everything. Would hire again.
