Went in today to see if they could help out with a small issue. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond and helped me sort it out straight away.

If your looking for horrible customer service and workmanship these are the guys for you! They were given my new Ute for 5 days to fit pre delivery parts and opted to tell us 3hrs prior to dealer handover that they hadn’t even started.. the response was “our fitter is sick, it happens” even though we had both taken days off to be there. They also damaged our canopy on installation and failed to lodge the warranty claim 3 times! The cherry on the cake was being charged for a wheel alignment that they argued was done but was later confirmed by a tyre shop to not have been touched, big shock they said no refund.. nothing wrong with the brand in general just this particular shop

I have good things to say about TJM Maroochydore.I recently had them install new suspension (500 constant) also airbags, a bull bar with 12000lb winch.Good quality service and good quality workmanship, however they did put a little scratch on my door panel, woops

If I could give Zero stars then I would have done that.I had my rear glass replaced because the old one broke.They told me that it will be max a week and when one week has past I rang them to check the progress and I was told that it's on the way and should be there most likely tomorrow.... Then I got told that I should not call them, they will call me.After another week has past and I called them they got annoyed with me and said that they will call me back....never happen so I called them again and then they told me that it was still in Melbourne because they forgot to order it....Finally after nearly a month I had my new glass fitted and I picked up my Ute and lucky (probably bad choice of word) for me that I checked it before I took off.... The damage they have done to my canopy was visible from the moon I think and on top of that it didn't open or close properly and catching on the back of the glass and digging in to the canopy every time I open and close....it doesn't end there when I drove my Ute up to the office to tell them about it then I discovered all the mess they made inside my Ute as well....Anyway they promised to fix the glass and respray the canopy but I have decided to never go back to this clowns again.Good knows what the Ute would look like if they had it for longer then one day... Yes it would probably take them a month to do the rectification.My advice is to stay away from this place at all cost.Patrick

Entered the shop 3wks ago requesting some spare parts for my Rhino Rack. I was served by a guy with halitosis who took my details but didn't bother to follow through with calling me back. Returned to day with the same request and was told to go to Overland Bound on Sugar rd. I asked if the parts could be ordered, the assistant said yes but was uninterested in the order and staunch on me going elsewhere. I was not expecting the parts to be in and available today. Overland Bound ordered the parts and will get 5 stars for their polite customer service.

The WORST customer service I ever experienced! They installed my canopy and AFTER I payed 4K they said oh by the way sorry but we lost the keys to the side windows. 3 months later I’m ringing every week and all they say we follow it up and ring you back. NOT. Will be taking it to ACCC. Avoid and save yourself a headache!,
