The practice arranges so that appointments are nearly always on time. Both medical and support staff are professional and polite. This is a low stress environment. That's why I'm a regular.

I’ve been a client at Bay Active since Patrick Keating, while the both of us were doing our proficiency at Bronte beach for Surf Live Saving Australia, noticed and diagnosed that there was something wrong with my spine.It turned out that two of my discs had degenerated and my spinal cord was close to be severed due to an earlier accident.Patrick took the time to attend two of my surgeries at St Vincents, and has been an intrical part of my successful recovery.The dedication and overall sincere concern for me as a patient of Bay Active has been touching. The office staff are amazing too!!!Recently, I moved interstate. However, like today, whenever I return to Sydney I make sure that I make an appointment because there's only one Patrick Keating.

Great friendly staff. I saw Patrick for my frozen shoulder (after trying a few other physios). I was in a lot of pain and Patrick had my shoulder working again in a relatively short period of time & back playing golf!! Highly recommend…
