Flat Rock Beach
Nice place to go with good views of the water and a nice place to go to relax. The hike there is on well defined paths making it easy for anyone capable. The only thing is the beach has been heavily polluted over the past few months by a drain flowing out onto one end of the beach.

The walk there was beautiful, but I was quite disappointed in the beach. The surface is muddy, grey and full sharp rocks. The water didn’t look very good- but I didn’t go swimming since it was winter.

This little Cove is secluded and very calm, the water is knee to hip deep for quite a ways out, there aren't any waves and there's lots of shade, on a hot day this is the perfect retreat.There are no bathrooms and a 250m walk down stone stairs to get to the beach, or you can access it by boat.The water is very pleasant and there are stingless jellyfish in it as well as some small fish.Lots of families about, splashing and playing around 10/10

Great little hidden beach. No waves so safe for children. The water is ok to splash around in, though I would be cautious about swimming in it if it's rained recently.The walk down is not too difficult with good stairs and we completed with a 3 year old doing it all by himself there and back in about 10 mins each way.

Such a gorgeous, well-hidden gem! Stopped here on a kayaking trip with workmates for a snack and walked a little up the steps to the waterfall...it was beautiful! Would definitely recommend this place as a must-see if in or around Sydney.

Great place for a swim after a short bush walk. Nice sandy breach. No waves. Great for the kids

A nice spot if you don't mind exploring. There isn't much of a beach during high tide and I would never go swimming here. Too much pollution.Good walking tracks along the harbour and some great views. Not much in the way of signs.
