Outdid expectations!!I went in store for a certain product that I had seen online, they didn’t have it which is fine. I’m not clueless to know that online products come from a different location. ie bigger warehouseSo I naturally ordered the product online instead. Website was simple to use, payment was easy. The surprising bit was the product came to me quick, in a busy time of year, I was notified on movements on my parcel leading up to that point (thanks to AusPost). Unexpectedly but appreciated ASN had put a protein bar and some taste tests in the parcel aswell.Although I didn’t purchase from a shop, I still had a great customer experience. Which I think is hard to do from the mail. So thank you guys, appreciate yous.

I asked for the best Mass Building formula they had in store and they sold me World Champion" a discontinued product they they were obviously trying to get rid of. This product is horrible and i will never shop there again."

I had an absolute fantastic experience with Mandybfro the Frankston store. She organised my purchase, went above and beyond with my transaction, during stage 4 restrictions. Initially the couriers did not complete their delivery, Mandy kept me posted in regards to my items & re-organised my delivery, the package was left personally on my front door step. I had a very thorough & satisfying experience. Highly recommended!!

Great service and advice

Met Lawrence one of their staff member. He seemed to have great knowledge up his sleeve but when I went to the store he was on his day off so got served by Mandi. Served well gave proper time in helping out. Took products home it had very different taste and flavours I was used to. Didn't really like the flavours on both the products to an extend it made me sick and I felt like vomiting. When I called the store Mandi questioned what is it that they could do. I said could you use these products as samples so people can taste before they buy and know where they are spending their money since I didn't get the chance to taste the flavours I bought before buying. Her response was since it's a food product they won't be able to take it back but she will speak to her manager and call me back. After speaking to her manager she calls back and said there is nothing they can do. I said I understand you can't take it back but atleast you could offer me a store credit or swap these with a different flavour but as a business there is nothing they can do to get me out of it. So I spent over $100 just without even knowing what I was buying and they just dusted their hands. Not staff's problem but I think it's Australian Sports Nutrition as a business should have better policies around it because now they have lost me for good. I won't be going back

Friendly customer service. Good range of sports supplements. Ample parking throughout Frankston. Very helpful and informative with my needs and requirements, especially the helpful advice about the body scan machine and how best to get the best results from a body scan. It maybe best to call the stores directly, if online stock shows out of stock. They usually are fully stocked.
