My husband and I are landlords and Biggin & Scott Frankston manage our investment property portfolio. We have found them to be very professional and prompt with assisting with our request and needs with looking after the property. We have both dealt with Cheryl and Jade. We find them both very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We also receive very good feedback from the tenant in relation to the team. Highly recommend.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that instead. I have had my property with Biggin and Scott for 3 years now and since the pandemic they have lost their touch. My property manager stopped answering my calls and emails as well as not following up with insurance claims. I moved to another real estate company due to their poor communication and work ethic. Stay clear if you are a landlord looking for an efficient property manager. This company caused me so much stress. I would not recommend Biggin and Scott to anyone.

In renting out my property with Biggin and Scott for the first time it has been completely refreshing working with actual professionals. Jade has been looking after my investment since I purchased back in February. I couldn't be happy with the way my property is being looked after and managed. Unresponsive,left voice message,emailed Luke Lawler, called office and asked again...ten days no response except now being hounded by a Peter who now seems to think he can get money out of me to mortgage,refinance etc! I never asked for him or that,I had a simple enquiry about a unit for sale and if my cat was allowed!.Obviously they just serve themselves and pass on my details without permission.Its a no sale now from me!

Very unethical agents, esp Marnie and Kalya, avoid at all costs.Edited: We have clearly communicated the settlement day, but this company still transferred rent received to the old owner and was very uncooperative in helping us to recover the money from the old owner. This is just a trick to revenge us because we decided to change agent.No demands of private or confidential information were made prior to settlement other than to request the transfer the management to another agent.

I received a call from my property manager (Abby) yesterday JUST TO CHECK IN with me. I used caps because, I wanted to convey how kind and considerate I thought this was. I think I sounded gobsmacked, so Abby expressed that during the pandemic, some of us are experiencing new issues and emotions and she just wanted me to know that she and her colleagues at Biggin & Scott Frankston were available to me, even if I “just wanted a chat”. This shows that property managers are interested in their tenants these days and not just their landlords. This is very pleasing. I advised Abby of a couple of maintenance issues and even though she, like most Melbournians, is working from home at the moment, attended to them immediately and sent me an email to confirm. Great work Abby. I shall be recommending Biggin & Scott Frankston to my friends.

It's not so much that Dean and Jake tried to hustle us into making an offer on their property, it's that they were comically bad at it. At least get on the same page before making up fictional deadlines on offers, that weeks later still remain open.Property in question had numerous defects and DIY renovations done that weren't listed on the s32, that they seemed aware of but still remained pushy to make an offer by COB next day, instead of allowing us to do our due diligence and have the documents reviewed by our rep.
