Technicians were friendly and had great product knowledge. They were fast to get the work done but not careless which is important. Thanks so much!

Don't use this company!! They are dishonest and have no regard for customers. Our fridge began to freeze and we were told by Skope to use these people. They sent someone out at and he arrived 3.35pm and by 3.55pm he said he knew the problem but couldn't fix it. He said he'd have to get the part and come back for an additional charge. Our credit card then got charged $565 for a twenty minute call within which not one new part was installed. Upon trying to contact the company after the visit, they said that's the charge for an after hours visit"...the normal trading hours are until 4pm!!!!!!! We have followed up twice and still no return call or attempt to rectify the situation. An absolute disgrace."

THEY ARE USING CONTRACTORS THAT IS JUST ANYONE THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT THE JOB AND JUST WORRY ABOUT THEIR PAY.THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE OFFICE TO THE TECH, QUOTES, PRODUCT DETAILS, PRICES ARE VERY BAD, RIP OFF EXPENSIVE, AND BAD WORK.I HAVE TO CALL THEM 3X IN 2 MONTHS FOR 1 FRIDGE AND ENDED UP WASTING $1500 AND STILL NOT FIXED.I USE OTHER COMPANY AND ALL DONE.WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I tried to use mendr because I had a broken fridge and slushie machine at the same time. I rang to confirm that the tech I would get could fix both or if they sent 2 techs I wouldn’t be charged 2 call out fees. I paid my $165 for a tech to come look for 5 mins and tell me what I already knew was the problem and he went away to send me a quote for $500 to fix just my fridge and it would take 3 days. I decided to risk it and get a 2nd quote. Thank god because the 2nd guy was there 30 mins and fixed it on the spot for $100. I like the idea of Mendr but they are just a little unreasonably priced for a call out fee especially if they don’t fix your issue in the first visit.
