Ordered 2 Hash Browns and they were the saddest pieces of maccas food I have ever had. Definitely not fresh. Was left disappointed.

so annoyed at the fact that we ordered at 9:30 with NO ONE in the restaurant and waited almost an hour for our food only for them to realise that they packed it in an uber eats bag and left it there for almost 30 minutes!!!!! this is super annoying and im never coming back here again!! The staff members do NOT pay attention, i had an appointment to be at and missed it!! mcdonald’s do better with your staff members, i’ve had multiple times where i’ve had an egg and bacon mcmuffin and it ALWAYS has EGG SHELLS IN IT!!! I choked on this, disgusting and so disappointed

If I could give it a zero I would. Only got half our order (was a family box - we ordered through uber as I can not drive atm and the driver said she was only given 1 bag) and the half we got looked like it had been dropped on the floor before being put in the bag. Tried calling the resturant but phone rang out and hung up. When it opened it was the best maccas in the area, but this is the 2nd time this has happened where our order has been put together by a 2 year old and things have been missing.

You had only two cars waiting in drive thru around 8pm which is busy hours for 15 minutes!!! and one of those cars were mine. It TOOK 15 MINUTES for someone to answer and take our order which is ridiculous when there was no queue! When we arrived at the payment window and asked if you guys were short staff your colleges said no they’re just on their phone! You had two people on headset and your the lack of empathy is ridiculous! I asked for the manager and he just look at us and pretended he picking at the rubbish! ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE! Poor management! YOU NEED NEW MANAGEMENT OTHERWISE WHY DID YOU EVEN BUILD A MACCAS HERE IN THE FURST PLACE!

Poor service, disgusting food, cold hot drinks, warm cold drinks, do not drive off without checking your order because it will be wrong. Management should hire some adults to teach the kids and supervise as this what happens when teenagers run your business.

Ordered two iced mochas these are the worst drinks we have ever had from maccas. It's more like a mocha with just water,coffee and chocolate syrup where's the milk??? Never going to this maccas again.

1-The restaurant very messy.Many staff but no bother to clean2- staff missed my paid order and wait 13 minutes but still no call. They have to order again after 2 reminderPs: i forgot to mention toilet very dirty as well.

Majority of the staff are people who do not know manners, they just sit around and hang around with their boy/girlfriends and take so long to ask me for my order. I used the order screen and had paid for my food but a staff member told me I did not order instead of asking for proof which I would’ve given. They ended up giving me my order but only after 40 - 50 minutes. After all it’s just people from high school getting a job but I hope the owners take note and correct this.

Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it came with a torn finger from a glove and hair. Not the first time I have had issues and I don’t complain this is absolutely appalling. I am in the food service industry and teach hospitality. This needs to be rectified ASAP, not only are there definite health code violations but a clear lack of care since it opened.I love the occasional cheeky Maccas this is disappointing for consumers the community does not deserve this. Step Up and rectify this.
