I was a student from Second Chance Agency's Marketing Course and I have to say the course was detailed and fantastic. My experience working with the second chance team was exceptional. They are honest, hard working, supportive, positive, good people. As well as this, Samantha, the owner, lives and breathes digital marketing. Herself and Adam are leading experts in the field and I would recommend them to anyone.

Samantha prospected me a while ago, offering her services in marketing and her husbands services in website design, and then her sisters services in system design.I was very excited to start with, as what was sold to me, seemed amazing..Unfortunately I soon learned that I was only a number, and I was made to feel like an annoyance in their schedule, more than a valued client.They were quick to take my money, were rude in their correspondence, made little attempt to really find out what I was after, and seemed to just want to slot me in to a overly filled schedule, while they were off to source the next client, even asking me to pay all my funds in advance, to help them with tax.After utter frustration, I asked for a refund, in which I received angry emails from Samantha, shaming me, and still to this date I have not received a product for moneys paid.All in all, it has been a horrible experience.This is the first bad review I have ever written, and I hope it to be my last.
