Wow. Ken went beyond for me. I called and described my problem to which he went on to explain what my issue was and what to do about it. He also educated me on other things such as importance of back up and other info.True old fashioned service all by phone.Thank you Ken. So appreciated.

Was able to fit PC repair in on short notice. unfortunately unable to repair fualt, so factory reset was needed, as software to corrupt. Was done fast, efficient and with good lines of communication.

Being a full time travelling coddiwompler it's hard to know where to turn for help with computer/internet issues. Whilst staying in Swan Hill, Victoria I had an awful problem when my Facebook account was commandeered by a scammer (whom I had, unwittingly, approached for help). I simply couldn't sort it out. Facebook was no help. I called and spoke to Ken Wood. I then went to his home office - and an hour later he had the problem fixed. Wonderful!! He also gave me timely advice regarding password security and the best ways to stay safe on the internet. Ken specializes in computer hardware issues and he also offers a remote on-line assistance service. So now I know exactly where to turn for computer help in the future - regardless of where I am!
