Went in for new pillows and was Told what I needed. Assistant was very rude, opinionated and pushy. We also looked at beds but left with nothing. I like to be advised, not told what I need. She needs to learn people skills. Wouldn't go back.

We went into the store after 4pm and we needed a bed for that night. The lady in charge showed us some beds, tested my son to see what type was suitable for him.My son choose a bed, base plus sheets over $1500 worth and by this time all the lady could keep saying was that they closed soon. We organized for someone to come pick up the bed for us straight away still listening to the lady saying we close at 5pm. My son told her to put it out the back and he would wait there with it until our other son arrived.I am sorry we came in so late and that we needed a bed for that night but to have waited another 5 or 10 minutes I am sure it wouldn't have mattered that much or even to have said I have an appointment or need to pick my kids up instead of going on and on that you were closing at 5pm. We will remember though ☹️

As two ladies are really happy to help, the product I bought is not as good. The bed frame is of a reasonable quality but is 3 cm bigger in width and 6 cm bigger in length. Now my mattress looks out of size and smaller than it should be.Why it is like that...?

Fantastic service from Sara today. We went to another bed retailer in Midland and were basically just told what we wanted and were left totally confused and frustrated and in the end made whatever excuse we could to get away. We had 20 minutes free so called into Forty Winks. How refreshing, Sara talked through some options and made us feel entirely comfortable about the shopping experience. We ended up buying a new mattress. The blokes in the shed with beds could take lessons

Thank you so very much to the owner Sara, the lady I regularly deal with was not there. Sara was so very helpful with my friend to replace her bedroom suite , she showed great compassion and empathy , as my friend lost everything in the wooraloo fires. Great deal

The customer service we experienced at Forty Winks in Midland was amazing! Tash had a lovely, friendly manner and provided me with excellent knowledge and recommendations. She was also very patient in my indecisiveness and did not make me feel rushed at all. The rest of the team were also brilliant when it came to organising the paperwork and collecting our new purchase. A great experience from start to finish with high quality products - loving our new bed! Would highly recommend :)

Answered our questions offered options based on our questions and comments and left us to it without fuss. Will definitely shop here again.

Sara and the team at Forty Winks Midland were amazing throughout the purchase of my new bedroom suite and mattress. Sara was very patient throughout the process, especially when i couldn't decide between two designs. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and strive to make the customer experience special.
