Ross has gone out of his way on two separate occasions now to complete emergency work - once for an issue with a stuck key in a bifold door that others had rejected as too hard - and another time offering advice over the phone for a locked door jammed by kids.Each time he has been professional, beyond helpful and even came back a second time with the bifolds to finish to his satisfaction and standards.Would recommend wholeheartedly.
