Fantastic Furniture

Got some furniture from here that had manufacturing defects. The website says we need to contact the store for a return, upon which the store requested me to send an email detailing the issue. 2 weeks and multiple phone calls later, I still do not have a resolution. I got the item returned at another FF store.

Terrible customer service had to wait 45 mins and when I asked to get some service I got told that I had to wait and 3 other people were before me but the lady had served people that had just walked up to the counter.Won't be buying the $1300 mattress that we were going to buy. Just lost a loyal customer.

Very bad experience with replacement of my couch( manufacturing fault) . Waiting for so long, no communication from FF without my phone calls and sending emails. Stuff and store manager is just so rude. Always something, always person who’s looking after my account is not there, they don’t care at all. I spoke with head office and my couch was ordered month later then I make my claim . So disappointed.

Always being told No Stock"...but there clearly is.We went into the Caroline Springs store yesterday to pick up items that was 'in stock' online. We were told by who we think is the Store Manager who was ADAMENT there was definitely "no stock

Unprofessional staff. Simply no customer service. Staff not interested at all in customers. No recognition that you even walk through the doors. No greeting nor approaching customers to check in if they need assistance. Then when you do approach the service desk, they'd rather be chatting amongst themselves and make you wait.Don't waste your time visiting this store.

Do not buy any thing from here. I got faulty furniture delivered and it is been 26 days and they not finding solution for me and they are rude , start making excuses. Totaly fraud

Very very bad experience,, when we enter to shop they just looks us up to down and ignore ,, after I asked for the packing deal they told me it’s already gone ,, but it’s still shown on website then again she asked me click the pic of that oneand bring to desk ,, I buy packages deal but one dinning table chuped so I asked for exchanged by emailing and calling they told me will touch in hour but I have to call them more then 5 time ,whenever they lession my sound they hang my phone respond after 10 min again we are busy and cut the phone ,, most of the time they ingnore my phone call ,,, I never like the staff team of the store, even manager told me we delivery dinning table on Saterday but Iam not available that day she told me then we will do next Friday so then I said her okay I will be not at home but some body will be there is that okay she told me okay ,, so finall book for delivery was Saturday but again Saturday morning they told me we haven’t confirmed yet ,, u speak with manager but she is not here so we are really sorry bla bla bla bla Iam sick of this store ,, manager and staff team,, now I relize why people giving them 1 star ,,I wish I can give zero option is not their . Can you email us or speak with manager that the sweet words they can write and speak ,,
