UMINA BEACH KOKOMO - HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION

My family usually like to explore new places, so we rarely visit the same destination twice, but we are >definitely< coming back to Kokomo at Umina Beach! Total luxury and amazing location at an unbelievable price. So much love, care and thoughtfulness has gone into decorating the apartments, they are just a joy to stay in. The wonderful owners have thought of everything, I don’t think we’ve ever stayed anywhere we have felt so personally welcomed. Kokomo gets my highest recommendation!

Probably the worst place where you could ever stay & even worse is the hospitality by the owners.The water is contaminated & we literally had to cancelled all our holiday plans to visit the doctor. Now despite sharing the experience, the owner suggested it is quite common at the property (even if there is very light rain) & the water pipelines are rusted & very old. Not once was she apologetic of what happened & not has she even bothered to acknowledge my messages & has blocked my calls. Just unbelievable we still have such bad humans in this world. Really sad & I know they are used to changing the name of the place to get away with such bad reviews..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AT ANY COST UNLESS YOU WISH TO RUIN YOUR WELL DESERVED BREAK.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!When arrived at the apartment we realized bet sheets had not been changed. We tried to contact the owner to get this fixed. No response from the owner until the next morning. In the meantime we left as there was no way we would be sleeping in such condition. So we drove back home. When asked for a full refund the owner said that only first night would be refund as they would have fixed the problem the next morning. This is so unfair as once back home on the first night we would not drive back 2 hours the next day to enjoy our second night of booking. When an error is made and things can happen, you are accountable and act accordingly. Those are dishonest people.

Definitely a cool unique stay. Had a mid week break with my wife and had such a chilled out time..quick easy walk to the beach...will be back!
