Seriously this woman is so unprofessional and she does not even care to firstly send items that don’t appear damaged (and no it’s not rustic if pieces of a tray are missing), have scratches all over. Secondly her reply was not professional. When I called her she didn’t even care, was laughing and saying I’m rude for wanting a new presentable item that at least was intact. Tray was sold for full price but she hides behind that it comes from India. I’m so disappointed with what I received and how this was handled. Even the vase that is meant to be shiny is starting to rust and I provided photos of it all and she didn’t even care to fix the situation in any way.

I bought a tray and other home stuff from this shop and found the same tray in $99 in Mega Mall Auburn which she sold me in $160… and when I msg her and asked her that the same thing available in 99 so she didn’t bother to reply me….
