Started my rehab with Alex after my knee operation, and getting great results. Alex will often text me out of hours to see how I am going with my exercises and if I have any concerns.Looking forward to working with him to achieve our goals on getting back on my bike

The Staff here are absolutely brilliant.Not only did I get treatment, but they went beyond just making me feel like another number in the system. I was given exercises that I could do at home to help myself get better rather than having to pay someone to help me. That's just good service.My recovery was quite fast, thank you so much!On top of that, the yoga is brilliant. I didn't feel out of place nor was it repetitive as each class was different (to a degree). If there was anything outside of my capabilities, it didn't matter, I could go at my own pace. Super casual, quality yoga.
