I usually wince with pain at the prices that Gourmet delis charge for their products, but not to fear, Bottega Rotolo is not one of THOSE delis. It doesn't even look like it s deli as its housed in a warehouse in a back street in industrial Botany, so if you are planning on going, best to ring first to double check on their opening hours.The young couple that run this food store/warehouse are both dedicated hospitality professionals with reasonable prices and a great selection of local and imported goods. The also sell wholesale and have a growing number of restaurants, wineries and cafes that they supply to.Being a cheese lover I find great joy and comfort in spending time in their cheese room, sniffing, inhaling and salivating by the aged crystallised cheddars and stinky blues. I usually leave with a couple of wheels of fine cheese though I may have come in for cocoa powder ( which by the way is a GREAT cocoa powder and perfect for my super decadent chocolate brownies)
