Guess the estimate give you a price always dearer they always think it might be this might be that so you pay for that then it was actually something else there's not mechanics they just rip off after work is done the problem is still there they say least we luminator that problem then get you on another problem rip off rip off I feel sorry for whoever goes there

Dad has been going here for years. My car broke down Friday afternoon and I had it towed here. My alternator was done. They had a new alternator and installed and my car back to me Saturday lunch time! Their communication with the issue and time frame to have it completed was perfect! Never going anywhere else now

i came to Ron Gooley's in hope of fixing a problem i had been having for months that my usual mechanic had failed to correct. Whilst there they found a whole bunch of problems that my mechanic had failed to fix or probably even pick up. Two weeks prior i had taken my car into my usual place to get the timing belt done and found out whilst it was at Ron's that the timing belt hadn't even been done properly!They went above and beyond to fix all the problems i had in the short amount of time given prior to a long road trip to Townsville. My car runs so much better and i made it to my destination safely without any problems. If i ever move back to Brisbane i would definitely be taking my car back for any mechanical repairs and services.Thanks again! Customer service was spot on and so is your knowledge.
