Very slow with service 5 counters closed, staff were standing around not doing alot maybe 1 supervise standing around aswell just blowing he's noise alot not doing much , by the time I got serviced alot of people waiting in the seats , the lady greeted me when i arrived was very helpful. Good customers service she is good at her job on the front counter.

Very clean. It seems more staffs are required. Quite busy on Monday morning.But, staffs are very friendly.

Pretty lucky to have such decent people working in a transport industry in tamworth... good bunch of people went out of there way to help me with a licence issue. Helen the manager is a lovely lady and is also very knowledgeable!.

Just wanted to say thank you to the lovely lady who helped with my ndis application form being a Saturday morning she really handled herself well as it was getting very busy.
